At Finessa, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our products (fragrances and cosmetics), we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll happily exchange it. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence at [your contact email].
